Still on vacation...
So yesterday I fasted until the evening and then I only had steak and a salad and some cheese.
I also spent an hour in the gym doing a full workout, lifting my max, and I did extra reps.
The plan today is to continue to eat ultra low carb.
No Gym today, but, tomorrow I plan to hit the weights hard.

@Draglist - Thanks! I got the "easy water drop" by lifting my max. I still feel some 'glycogen in the tank' so I will lift on that tomorrow (no 'carbing up', must do it 'technically fasted'). So, I may get another 'water drop'. After that I just need to low carb it as much as I can. However, I will probably cave around Thursday and go back to 'vacation eating' Haha! Especially if I can get back down to 175lbs... I do plan to lift on Wednesday and Friday and that may help the 'glycogen/water' reduction.

Curious to how ultra low carb will work out for you. Often hear doc's mention that a few people is hyper sensitive to carbs, and need sub 5 grams a day to see fantastic results. Fun stuff in the self-research laboratory.
