SWITCHING THINGS UP..gooood wednesday mornin..monday i decided riding all the miles on zwift wasnt as good as doing training workouts designed to make me stronger in my legs..so i started a 4week program..an at same time rode monday with a day off an then again this morning..different workout..alittle harder then mondays ride..each day different workout an alittle harder then the previous one..as with anything..switching things up throws the body out of its comfort zone..

london loup ride today..20.2 miles..1:34 time of ride..529 in calories..im thinking the 4 week plan should increase my strenght in legs an at same time increase speed an endurance..

ICE..WEATHER MAN HOPEUFLLY WILL BE WRONGGGG....suppose to get nasty here thursday nite into friday..i have my walmart done for the week..an sister is headed to walmart today to get hers over with ..im sure with the change of weather..we might get some ice...as its suppose to rain tonight...tommorow and again thursday nite with temps falling once again...in the 50s today an close to 57 or so tomorrow...talk about teasing me...an then..bottom falls outta the temps again...an back down to below cold...

well...need to prep chicken today...wont take long..gonna do a egg wash on chicken breast and then i am gonna use a blended crunched onions like you put in green bean cassoroll ...always trying something new to give the chicken breast a different taste..

so its off to the kitchen to throw a salad together for later...an then get the chicken in the oven an done...an then...later this afternoon gonna do a cauliflower pizza...be my birthday meal one day early..with the weather changing...girlfriend is coming over but wants to be back home before all the rain sets in ...dont blame her..i hate getting out in rain as well...so gonna have pizza tonight and celebrate earlier then tomorrow...its leftovers an back to getting back into the grove of things...
