DAY OFF..EVEN THOUGH I WANTED TO GET A WORKOUT..goood friday morning..after riding for 5 days in a row..decided yesterday was time to take day off an rest..hate taking the time off..guess im addicted to that morning adrenaline rush i get when i ride..it is addicting..that first 10 minutes or riding or exercising..your looking for the umph..to get you into the workout..then outta no where...the umph arrives just on time..an if your rested..you start getting into the workout..if your tired..no amount of adrenaline is gonna get you into the mood..id noticed over the last couple of days..ive been going thru the motion on the trainer..just to get my weekly miles..but my speed was going down..just to tired to push for faster speed..more wattage..it all goes together..and contributes to more miles..less time..

waking up to 46 outside this morning..freeze watch saturday for here..the nights are getting colder..rain today..an i have to run some errands..no choice..just way it is

still feeding my face..scales still stuck at same numbers..nothing new to report...just another day of eating best i can an who knows..if i get bored..my day off might be tomorrow...lol..one great thing about having road bike/trainer inside..if your in the mood..just a matter of changing into riding gear..an getting on trainer, hooking laptop to flat screen an riding on zwift for a workout...

WELL..COFFEE IS GONE IN CUP...guess that means time to get up outta recliner an fix salad an maybe breakfast..not sure about breakfast...some days i skip it..an fast for longer..still need to make the bed..a complete remake ...did alot of moving in bed last night..one of them nites..took stuff to bed with me..did my thinking in bed with my eyes shut..

Oooh. Burr cold. I'm in sunny Southern California so am blessed with awesome weather. Yea, I'm in recliner too with my morning coffee. FS helps. I do intermittent fasting so won't eat until this afternoon. I'm not hungry (with the help of Hcg1234). Sometimes I break fast by adding MCT oil to my coffee in the morning. It helps elimination and starts burning abnormal fat stores for energy.
