THE SCALES ARE UP..WHO CARES..goood sunday morning..took 2 days off..gonna get on trainer after while an get a morning ride/workout ..34 here with wind chill of 30..just came back from walmart..and didnt bring home nothing i shouldnt have..getting better about that..cant really cheat if you stick to whats on the list..alot of the aisles i no longer even go down...cookie aisle, candy aisle, soda aisle, and several others i just have no use for..but i know there are alotta people still shoppin on all the aisles i no longer use..

the plan today..after i give my breakfast time to settle..is to change into riding gear..get on trainer and get my workout in..ive missed not riding..but at same time needed the days off to recoup..so far this month..only took 6 days off..i have 10 days set aside each month for rest..but usually dont take them..i try an listen to my body..if its saying no not today..well..sometimes i dont listen..an my ride suffers by it taking longer to get my miles in..an then i know for sure i should of took the day off..

made bread over weekend..was good..thats the problem..it never lasts past one day..

1/2 cup of heavy whipped cream...
6 Eggs..i used 5 this week..
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 cup of blanched almond flour
1 cup of Mozz Cheese, or pepperjack cheese shredded
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon or to your tasting
25 min at 350 temp
i put parchment paper in bread pan..cuts down on cleaning the pan..an easy to get it out when its done...

well...time to get up...gotta make the salad..an get some things done before my ride...

I don't understand why your scales have gone up. You do so much exercise and have so few calories - it's just not fair!
