Greetings Best Buddies!
I will be in Hartford from October 7th through 14th completing my final training. It has been three intensives per year for three years - so I am stoked to be done! The certification is a specialty in treating all types of posttraumatic stress for my patients. It has been really great and an effective intervention strategy for people up to this point.
I plan to log my food the best I can - and will workout a minimum of four days but hopefully five days. My trainer gave me a good list of weight training routines to do - so I will do weights and my cardio.
