Woke at 226.2, up .9 from yesterday. Holiday weight is being stubborn. I'm still ten pounds lighter than I was at this time last year, and I'll get it back off soon. Hope everyone enjoys the transition into the new year!

I like that...comparing now to last year. Last New Year, I was at least 20-25 pounds heavier. So, progress.

Well done guys!!! My loss wasn't that impressive but a loss is a loss. I was 8 lbs heavier last year.
