Woke at 225.8, down 1.2 from yesterday. UPDATE: I was absolutely famished by 1 pm, which is rare for me. I weighed 225.6 and then finished off the pot roast and Jarlsberg cheese, which has been a solid lunch all this past week.

Thank you, CC! I am doing my monthly fasting mimicking diet a week late -- starting next week. Since I've been able to maintain macros and calorie targets pretty well this month, I'm hoping for some great numbers coming out of that.

Thanks, BB and Jergens! It is from The Longevity Diet by Dr. Valter Longo. Basically five days of veggies and nuts and maybe a little olive oil. 1100 calories the first day and then 800 per day thereafter. It presumably mimics the cellular cleanup effects of fasting without going completely without food.
