@Giginice , honestly a litre is an achievement. The rest of my water intake is from oranges and tea. At this point, it's the best I can do. Just need to make sure I drink a glass when I wake up and a glass when I sleep.

Instead of tea put 1 lemon in 1litre of boiling water, it helps to get to at least 1 litre of water for the day. And it keeps you warm.

Hey y'all so since I posted this. I opted to drink hot water with lemon but I added half an apple as well and it was pretty good and most importantly warm. Thanks @Maphelo for the suggestion 👏

I used to drink 3-4 liters if water . But now , I'm doing the bare minimum sana. 2 liters of water is enough during winter because wow
