Happy Weekend my Fearless Followers!

I have been back on track well for over one month - what relief! I am exercising four days and eating within my preferred macros and calories.

I am feeling discouraged though because after my second hip surgery, I gained weight and am now trying to get back down.

I thought maybe it was time to remind myself how far I have come - Peru 2007, and then at Orange Theory 2019!

Note to Self: FUNCTIONAL FITNESS is more important than the Idiot Box number!

You are one of the first people I saw on here so many years ago. Your journey is inspiring and your posts are always so thought provoking. When I started back exercising I saw a new (to me) category on my watch, 'functional strength training'. I had to look it up...I agree, it's is soooo important, especially at my age. I'm loving it 🥰
