I was actually doing really well today, until I got home & found one of my cats was dead. I'm sitting here right now feeling very sad. He's not the first pet I've lost, but normally we knew they were sick & took them to the vet. This was a complete surprise, no clue that anything was wrong. Needless to say, my other cat is also pretty upset. Somehow I managed to get in some exercise anyway, and not go on a feeding binge. I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow.
