Hubby and Brody has gourmet grilled cheese with Dietze and Watson low calorie ham, pepper jelly, cream cheese, American cheese, Mexican shredded cheese and Lebanon sweet bologna on Texas toast. Mommy had hers without Lebanon sweet bologna, but with Dietz and Watson low calorie ham, pepper jelly, American cheese, pinch Mexican blend cheese, sprinkled with paprika, oregano 🌿 and Sumac. My OMAD. I cleaned for a few hours, fasted, swam. Felt like I was on my toes all day even though the boys and I slept in. Great day❤️

Erika maybe 😂 it’s on Dave’s Killer Bread so I didn’t check to see where it is in net carbs. It’s the most dirty delicious grilled cheese 😋🤤😂

Mine was just low fat ham and all the cheeses goodness and a small spread of pepper jelly, not even a tsp.
