That happened 😬🤭 It is what it is. Honestly, I don’t even know what it was a few months ago when my sleeves in my scrub tops were pinching my arm meat. It was like a full year of steroids, back to back. I’m thinking probably 235. I have been off that crap for a while now, this is the actual weight/ food gain from it. Well, onward and downwards 💪💜

Hey y’all 🙋🏻♀️💜 Just checking in. I’m kinda sucking at this journey. Hope you are doing well❤️ I’m needing some motivation. This pandemic is getting real old😩 So, I ended up getting some 310 shakes. Anyone like them. Work is so busy now, I’m not getting the nutrition I need. Just trying to survive. Thought I would pop in and say hello.
