Today, I'm taking a "ME Day." It is VERY hard for me to do -- especially when I have 230 Notifications I want to read and respond to! Today has started off to be a VERY good day! I've already done half of my PT exercises, made my day's menu yesterday and have been eating according to it today, did two loads of laundry, unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, did my morning skin-care regimen, made lunch for the guys, cooked sausage and made low-carb spaghetti sauce for myself and cooked spaghetti squash. Though I have LOTS of things I need to do on the website, I am going to continue to work on my self-care and focusing on my eating and exercising. I sure hope I don't miss out on anything really important -- if I do, somebody please send me a message.
