Woke at 236.2, down .4 from yesterday. Fasting today but may have a business lunch. If so, I will do keto and OMAD. UPDATE: Got through the day fasting after all. Came home at 6 pm and weighed 234.6, the lowest since March 18, when I began the diet break. So now, let's get back to the 220s, then the 210s, and then the 200s!
