I won a contest on facebook and got like $2000 worth of keto snacks. These were in there and they are amazing. 4 carbs per bar, crushed in a bowl with some almond milk and its cereal. A little pricey, but im going to order them. Totally worth it.

very good idea about crushing them and adding almond milk for cereal. I would have never thought of that and really miss my GrapeNuts cereal. I going to join that FB group and check it out!
