Vegan Pizza

Vegan pizza with a variety of vegetables.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour, water, salt and yeast together and make the dough. Let it sit for 30 minutes until rises twice the size and it's ready to use as a pizza crust.
  2. Roll out the dough in a thin circle. Spread tomato sauce evenly, top it off with tomato slices, sprinkle bell peppers and sliced mushrooms.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes in a 545 °F (285 °C) preheated oven. Enjoy.
