Turkey and Vegetable Chili

A really great chili.

  1. Sauté turkey in a pot.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook for 1 or more hours until vegetables are done or longer for more flavor.
  4. Note: add any vegetables you like and it also freezes well.

This is a pretty good chili. I did substitute the turkey for 95/5% ground beef as I am not a fan of ground turkey. I did my own analysis on the calories and came up with lower calories with the 95/4 beef instead. I also did not see this serving 13, at least for a decent amount of chili. All told, I did enjoy and would make again.
