  1. Cook beef on a medium heat until browned.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Boil kidney beans in six cups of water, for two minutes,
  4. Lower heat to medium,
  5. Add in all other ingredients,
  6. Cook for 4 hours on medium heat.
