Directions
- Add spinach to microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove and stir in butter as desired. You don't need very much so add a little at a time!
- Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on top.
- Salt lightly if desired.

I make this all the time- except without any butter or "butteresque" product. Instead I use fresh chopped garlic! It's delicious! If you like the buttery texture, add some olive oil to saute garlic. Also, try adding a little spice (like chopped chili peppers) for a nice kick to your tastebuds and metabolism!
