Egg & Sausage Quiche

A delicious quiche with sausage, cheese and a hint of deli mustard.



  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain.
  2. Heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  3. Whip eggs, cream, water, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour egg mixture into pie pan.
  5. Top with crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, a bit longer if you like it firmer.

we loved this quick and easy recipe. The second time I made it I omitted the water and was more pleased with the result.

Definitely a quick and easy meal! I made a few adjustments...I used turkey sausage, light cream and just a couple splashes of water. It came out looking quite good and will serve as my breakfast over the week! Thank you!

Delicious. We also reduce the water a bit. Ultra low in carbs.

I like this creamy Quiche w/a hint of mustard taste, but it's way too watery! Maybe reduce 1 cup of water to 1/3 cup?
