Coconutty Prunes

A wonderful treat that is high in potassium and will help balance your digestive track.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop prunes and walnuts.
  2. In a bowl incorporate, the nuts with the prunes until it all forms a nice ball.
  3. Place the ball in plastic wrap and roll into a 1" rope.
  4. Break off pieces with hands and create small balls.
  5. Roll in coconut, place on wax paper and refrigerate.
