Homemade protein carrot cupcakes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Mix all ingredients (use food processor to chop carrots).
  3. Drop by heaping scoops into greased/lined muffin pan.
  4. Bake for 18-22 minutes
  5. Let cool then use frosting to ice the cupcakes.
