Bring a touch of Asia into your kitchen with these delicious wraps.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook and drain the ground beef (add up to a tablespoon of fat-free Italian dressing if required). Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sesame oil and heat. Add the cabbage and carrots and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the beef and cook, stirring, until the cabbage begins to wilt, about 2 minutes.
- Add the hoisin sauce and soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes, until mixture heats through and cabbage wilts, stirring frequently.
- Spoon some of the beef into the center of each lettuce leaf and roll up.
- Note: adapted from a recipe by Robin Miller (The Food Network).

5 Points per serving, easy and delicious! I divide the meat mixture into quarters and then use as many lettuce leaves as I want, which makes a LOT of wraps!

This sounds YUM. I would first fry onion then add meat.

I tried making this tonight but didn't use Italian dressing and did use the "veggie" beef. It was absolutely delish!! My hubby raved over it! He used the left-over "meat" with some left-over rice and stir-fried together with onions and fake eggs for fried rice for midnight snack. It is SO tasty!!

I'm pretty sure the hoisin sauce is off limits during first phase (but pretty tasty).

YUMMMM!!! Best recipe ever! We substituted the sesame oil for olive oil since Wal-Mart doesn't have it. But luckily Wal-Mart did have the hoisin sauce. Delicious! Unique! And soooo filling!! A+++
