Cheese Bread

A gluten-free, Brazilian-style bread with low sugar content.

Directions

  1. Put butter, water, milk, and salt into a large saucepan, then place over high heat.
  2. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately and stir in tapioca flour and garlic until smooth. Set aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add cheese and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned.
