Low Carb Bread

A 3-ingredient recipe with high protein content.

Directions

  1. Separate the egg white and yolk.
  2. Beat the egg white with cream of tartar and protein powder until stiff.
  3. Fold in the egg yolks.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased bread pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the bread sit for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove and cool completely before cutting.
