Turned 55 earlier this year and weighed in at my heaviest weight of my lifetime. Always the "thin" one in the family until I hit 40 something, stopped smoking and started the upward gain. Need to get control of my eating habits since my metabolism doesnt keep up anymore. Happily married to my best friend, with a grown son and a grandson who is the joy of my life. Youngest of 8 children with both parents and all siblings being diebetic or borderline. Dont want to get to that Diabetic place. I want to look good in clothes again along with being healthy.
