I used to weigh 324 pounds and began my weight loss journey on July 5, 2009. It's taken blood, sweat and tears and an amaizing fitness program called Titan Transformation but I am within 10lbs of my goal weight. I never realized how difficult it is to lose those last 10lbs...I've been battling them for about 6 months now. I continue to faithfully adhere to workouts that include cardio and pretty heavy weight lifting in order to reduce my body fat percentage and gain muscle mass.
