performance: losing 1.4 lb a week
I am a distance runner, ran my first full marathon this past fall. Finished in just under 6 hours. I will run again next year and am hoping to greatly reduce that time.
I have run 5 half marathons since 2004, the last I completed in just under 2 hours.
Last year I did P90X and was in great shape, but this past year I have gained 25-30 pounds and am very out of shape.
I intend to get back into my ideal fitness shape again this year.
