Good for your daughters! I also have two girls (one who is a teen) and there is so much pressure about appearances. I shouldn't be surprised. I used to torture myself by comparing myself to altered and air brushed magazine photos. We didn't stand a chance. My mother was very into health and maintaining a healthy weight and that kind of added to the pressure (although I don't think she advertantly meant to do that). I am seeing some more awareness into this in this generation which is encouraging...check out this link I saw yesterday about a young girl who is challneging "Seventeen" Magazine to run one cover shot a month without air brusghing or touching up the photos...

Find ing this site to be really helpful
I'm very new here.....day 2! I have to give props to this site owner. This has been so helpful. I love the food and exercise tracker. A real eye opener to me on my habits

Thanks for the replies. I use IE version 8. Would love to be able to use that script but doesn't sounds like I can...oh well. I will keep track manually.

So I just started using this site today. My hope was that I could log what I eat each day and the site would also track weight watchers points for me. I don't see a place for the points though and maybe I am doing something wrong? If I can't do that here, maybe I should just track calories....any thoughts?
