I've spent the last few months backsliding. I got all the way up to 157 before I nipped it in the bud. It's not too terrible though as I've fluctuated between 151 and 157 but not gone any higher than that. Still, it'd be really really nice to crack 150.
My friend and I joined a gym together and I've been working out 3-5 times a week. I'm trying to keep this in mind when I weigh myself because I know I'll be gaining muscle from my weight training and muscle, as we all know, weighs more than fat. So to keep myself from losing focus, I'm not only looking at my weight loss, I'm trying to take closer notice of how my clothes fit. My goal is to be two sizes smaller than I am now.

Still not exercising like I should. Having a love life has distracted me from it but honestly, I'm so happy right now that I'm not overly concerned. I'm still losing weight because I'm eating healthy and not over-eating either.

Been doing better about resisting fatty foods. Getting my regular exercise in needs serious improvement. Sitting at a desk will not tighten my abs.
