I've spent the last few months backsliding. I got all the way up to 157 before I nipped it in the bud. It's not too terrible though as I've fluctuated between 151 and 157 but not gone any higher than that. Still, it'd be really really nice to crack 150.

My friend and I joined a gym together and I've been working out 3-5 times a week. I'm trying to keep this in mind when I weigh myself because I know I'll be gaining muscle from my weight training and muscle, as we all know, weighs more than fat. So to keep myself from losing focus, I'm not only looking at my weight loss, I'm trying to take closer notice of how my clothes fit. My goal is to be two sizes smaller than I am now.
