calorie intake
humm - double ckd my rdi calculation - it actually says i'm to eat 1900 calories a day - i'm getting 1750 to 1900 daily. Guess that's OK, but I'm not losing wt....

I have set my daily intake at 1800 calories, still just maintaining. Guess I need to lower it some more.

Oy = I've been doing so well and then at a horrific lunch choice. I must eat sensible for dinner and fit in another walk or something this evening.

New and looking for a buddy
We should get a long just fine - I'm a smart*ss too! LOL I love to read, i enjoy working out. I'm almost 50 - 2 kids almost 20 and 24. I have a stubborn 8 lbs that just won't budge. Need someone to keep me motiviated.
