I am a single mom of teenagers. It's me time now. I am a professional so I sit 90% of the day. As the years crept by so did my weight. My hobbies also include Scrapbooking and Card Making. Again another sitting activity. I also like my wine. Lots of calories there. I am a wonderful person with a lot to give, but people do see the outside and while I know my inside is beautiful I am bound and determined to show myself and the world that my outside is beautiful too to.

Tracking Water
Does anyone know if on the food diary if there is a way to track your glasses of water. I know I am having at least 5-6 glasses of 24oz water bottles full a day, but it's hard to remember other than just writing it down on a piece of paper. I kind of wanted it all in one spot. Any help with the system is greatly appreciated
