Day 3 of WATP - today's workout was 3 miles of the WATP Fat Burning DVD. It may sound strange however I didn't sweat as much today as I did yesterday doing the 3 mile ab workout.
That's OK - moving/exercising is good no matter how much I sweat!

Leslie kicked my butt again yesterday! That's a good thing because getting my butt kicked means it will (eventually) get smaller.

To ensure I'm going to follow the WATP 6-week program, I created a challenge that starts next Friday. Since I have class on Thursday nights, I've made Thursday my "rest" day; ergo, a Friday start day.

Leslie Sansone kicked my butt this afternoon!
OMG, I really worked up a sweat. The DVDs I ordered arrived late last night (I didn't know Fed Ex worked as late as 7 p.m.). DH helped me move around some things in the "library" so I could work out in there. I did 1 mile of the Fat Burning DVD, 1 mile of the Walk Away Your Waistline (with ab belt) DVD, and the most of the firming portion of the Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs DVD.
It was awesome! Even though I'm really sore, I can't wait for tomorrow's workout.
