I didn't begin having issues with my weight until my 20s, and though I have yoyo'd quite a bit since then, I haven't seen the skinny me since my early 20s. I'm tired of not wanting to see people who used to know me when I was skinny and making sure that any photos of me are always facial shots only.
Most of all, I'm tired of being tired and having no energy and it's about time I do something about it.
I have wanted to write a book since I was an early teen (at least) and never got around to do it until recently, when I typed the words "The End" I realized that when you want to do something, you can't keep on putting it off and I'm still young enough that it's not too late.
If I can apply the same dedication to my dieting, then I should be able to take full advantage of my 30s in a way that I didn't in my 20s!
