performance: losing 1.2 lb a week
I am a 43 year old latino, never been extremely active but I always been aware of my health and try to be responsible and healthy, go to the gym make sure I don't go overboard with high fat foods. But I have been heavier than I would like for the last 5 years, however it has been very challenging for me to reach my goal weight never mind reach cause I haven't even come close, some times I am self conscious but not enough to really worry about it. I understand 4 to 5 meals a day, cardio, strength training, etc. Is just that for some reason even if I try the most I've been able to lose in a 2 month period is 10lbs. and then I don't make it to one workout and then it's two and all of the sudden I have to start all over again. Any words of wisdom for this 30 pound over weight male.
