getting over flu
As soon as I sign up for this challenge ...I get the flu with sore throat...my luck..:( ..but i hope to up and running in the am...don't count me out....;)

FYI regarding water/liquid intake: 2 liters = 4.25 cups (approximately)
Just to make it easier for some of you who think in terms of cups (like myself). :)
