I truly believe in eating this way. But being married to a man who lives to eat sweets and doesn't get fat is not making it easy for me. He loves ice cream, so when he scoops up a mixing bowl full I have a cone with one and a half scoops so here I go again. This time I'm going to try harder it keep my carbs in check.

It feels good to see the scale going in the right direction. I've been reading the book Chose to Lose by Chris Powell. It is about carb cycling, and it is something I'm more likely to stick with. Also the plus is the exercise routine. Love the 9 minute work out. Simple and common sense approach. However when your out of shape and overweigh it is like climbing mountains that touch the moon. I know I can and I will but it will not be overnight or one week from now.
Like the book say's Believe in Yourself.
There has been many before me that have succeeded, so there is now reason to not believe I can too.
Best of luck and start enjoying each and everyday.

I have a thyroid issue which I take medicine for. So I am careful to shop for products without Soy. I'm not saying that is is bad, its just not good for someone like me.
I found a whey protein powder that is 100% organic and has no Soy no GMOs and no Gluten or additives. I order my off the internet from Dr Mercola.com Check it out for yourseves.
Another trick I discovered was mixing it with unsweetened almond or coconut milk which has more calcium anyway. And again I shop for the organic, its just better for us.
Both products work well with my low carb diet which is exciting for me and I just wanted to share this with others.
