No excuses but it has taken me a bit to put it all together. Finally it all makes sense and now I'm hitting it on the mark.

Stayed on target yesterday. And that felt good to accomplish. My daily 3 wish boom!
1. eat healthy
2. eat each meal on time [regularly]
3. take a walk relax, make it a point to move each waking hour of the day big or small it adds up.
Today is a new day with but the same aspirations apply.

How do I walk a mile? One step at a time. And that is how I plan to loose the extra pounds, one pound at a time.
Take a walk relax and enjoy the fresh air while I clear my thoughts.
Record each morsel before it enters my mouth, allowing me to take time to look at it and know it is within the limits {not a nutrient empty craving} knowing I am adding nutrient rich foods to fuel this amazing machine I call my body.
This is the only body I will ever have so I need to make it last and the better I care for it now, the better the time I will have later.
I just don't want old age or poor health and pain to force me into a chair in front of a TV for entertainment. I want to live upright and in motion for as long a possible. So I plan to to put in the work now to accomplish this goal, Live Long Healthy and Happy.

Took a leave of absence from my good sense. I simply quit on myself. Need to make some serious changes and I've no clue where to start. The one thing that comes to mind first is MOVE !!!!!
I am trying to stay active on the Atkins site.
When I went to Doctor last the scales said 230 Lbs. Not exceptabe and its time to change things.

I have all the Atkins diet books, starting with Dr. Atkins first from the 70's. While the message and the diet remain the same in all the books the one that has shed the most light is The New Atkins for the New You. Its not always what you say but how you say it. It just made it easy for me to grasp.
Since following the diet guidelines I feel so much better. It feels more like a splurge than a diet. Anyway I like it and it fits so I plan to stay with this.
