It feels good to see the scale going in the right direction. I've been reading the book Chose to Lose by Chris Powell. It is about carb cycling, and it is something I'm more likely to stick with. Also the plus is the exercise routine. Love the 9 minute work out. Simple and common sense approach. However when your out of shape and overweigh it is like climbing mountains that touch the moon. I know I can and I will but it will not be overnight or one week from now. Like the book say's Believe in Yourself. There has been many before me that have succeeded, so there is now reason to not believe I can too. Best of luck and start enjoying each and everyday.
