Took a leave of absence from my good sense. I simply quit on myself. Need to make some serious changes and I've no clue where to start. The one thing that comes to mind first is MOVE !!!!! I am trying to stay active on the Atkins site. When I went to Doctor last the scales said 230 Lbs. Not exceptabe and its time to change things.
