I am almost 29 years old and 185lbs as we speak. I have always had a thick, athletic body and been active all my life. But the last couple of years I slid into a 9-5 work routine where I would come home EXHAUSTED and just sit on the couch and eat all night and then sleep. I hardly ever exercised. A couple of months ago I saw a picture of me and couldnt recognize myself. I had ballooned up to over 200lbs and looked horrible and FELT horrible. I decided that it was about time to get on a diet and change my life. My primary goal was just get to 150lbs or so and to fit back into a size 9/10 pants but now my goals are much HIGHER! I want to have a lean, muscular body and be the healthiest I can be! I want to have that 'beautiful' body I have always dreamed of! I know I can do it! Ive lost 20lbs so far!! I can do it!
