Guidelines:
Guidelines: Set specific times to eat, and eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. An example would be 8am, 10am, 12 noon, 3pm, 6pm, and a small snack at 9pm to keep your metabolism running.

True, although whenever I eat '6 meals per day' it just leaves me hungrier wanting to eat more. I find it's easier to limit my intake to two or three times per day, I seem to be less hungry that way. ...
