Well i have stepped up the exercise and down the calories a touch, but my weight is constant so far. I feel really good so that is helping to keep the negative thoughts at bay.

Weigh-in: 178.0 lb

lost so far: 7.0 lb

still to go: 8.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I have been doing really well recently and dropped my calorie intake down by 50. Just a tiny step down but I hope that it will help me reach my goals that little bit faster.
