I'm the mother of 3 grown sons, a widow, and an upper grade teacher. Twelve years ago I weighed 135 lbs. which is where I hope to return. Quit smoking at that time and gained weight pell mell. I had been on the Atkins Diet before and was successful. My problem is sticking to it for the long haul to lose 55 lbs.
