Hi everyone,
As i'm writing this i am on my fourth piece of toast dripping in butter(my downfall). Food seems to be running my life at the moment but, yet again it always has, only i'v kept it under control in the past.
I'm Carol by the way,5ft 8 tall and i changed my job two years ago to be a taxi driver instead of cleaning and bar work(probably done the wrong thing where exercise comes in to it)
I went to a hypnotist four month previous and it has just had the reverse effect on me 'cause i've put on one'n'half stone on since.I don't mind chatting to everybody but i would also like to chat to people who are in the united kingdom as well 'cause the foods are so different.

flushing out my system
try oily fish,(tinned,fresh or frozen)kippers,salmon,pilchards,sardines. i have one of these everyday it seems to be doing the trick for me
