I decided I need to set more reasonable goals for myself. Right now I want to get to 110 and never see anything above it again. I think getting to a more feasible goal will make me do it the healthy way, as opposed to reaching for something so far down and starving myself to get there and then bouncing right back up to where I was (or as is the case now, farther :( ). We'll see how it goes!

Okay I need a major detox. I was doing really well today until this bag of bin candy I just downed. So my short-term plan is to cut out bin candy (I've done it before... go 5 days and you stop wanting it...)
I'm also having trouble finding a way to keep calories low without starving myself... I won't be hungry until 2 PM or so, but then I'll munch like crazy at night, and the cycle continues... with my calorie goal of about 900-1000 per day, it doesn't leave much room to play around! Any tips would be fantastic!

Well, quite frustrated. Doing all the same things I usually do to lose weight, but it just won't go away...

Just when I thought I was starting to see results for my efforts, I changed my mind... I guess everything is relative and looking better than a few weeks ago, but this is going much slower than anticipated...
On top of it, it's the first really nice day and I was planning on going for a run to celebrate, but my stomach is unhappy with me for whatever reason so that isn't an option... maybe I'll try to do abs and pushups and dips in my dorm room so I don't just do nothing...
