Okay I need a major detox. I was doing really well today until this bag of bin candy I just downed. So my short-term plan is to cut out bin candy (I've done it before... go 5 days and you stop wanting it...)
I'm also having trouble finding a way to keep calories low without starving myself... I won't be hungry until 2 PM or so, but then I'll munch like crazy at night, and the cycle continues... with my calorie goal of about 900-1000 per day, it doesn't leave much room to play around! Any tips would be fantastic!

I do the same thing, not hungry in the mornings but starving by 3 or 4pm when the bingeing starts... just eating really small meals often realy does work but it's whether you have the time or patience to do it (which i don't lol)... it seriously works though, i used to have 6 meals of 125calories a day and you don't get hungry!

Carbs in the morning, fiber during the day, protein at night... When you starve you gain it all back so fast. Not worth it.
