I honestly realize that I shouldn't eat something...but I still do it. And it utterly infuriates me. I need someone to really challenge me. To tell me that I don't need that taco and that french fry is going straight to my hips. I'm doing a little challenge with my friend and it's keeping me at about 1700-1800 calories and I still think I'm gaining weight.
I slightly brought up to my dad that I want to cut back on meat but in reality I want to cold turkey all dairy and meat and go vegan. It will be ridiculously hard but I know I can fucking do it. Regardless of what people say. This is my life, my body, and my decisions. I'm starting now, 10:30pm

Restrict calorie intake to about 1200 a day.
Fully vegan (no dairy, egg, meat, fish); excessive amounts of fruits, vegetables, beans.
No soda
Limited amount of alcohol per week (less that 500 per week)
