So, I'm approaching 36 years, 10 years being married, and just had our third kid. When I was 18, I weighed over 200 lbs, but through a variety of approaches, I've been down as low as 150 last year. Trying to get back there, as I added about 20 lbs somehow. The goal is to hit 150 by the time of my 10th anniversary. At the same time, I don't want to lose muscle mass, so I'm working out with heavy weights, and eating lots of protein. Hopefully it goes well!
